Becky Feola, Founder & Assisted Living Counselor
Becky’s passion for assisting others in locating care facilities for their loved ones comes after eleven years of providing care for her ailing husband and then realizing it was time for assisted living. She has personally seen how difficult it can be to find the perfect care facility without the assistance of someone who understands issues such as licensing, levels of care, and appropriate pricing. Becky views herself as a “matchmaker” and is determined to create the perfect match where your loved one will move one time only to a new home where they will thrive as much as possible during their remainder years.
Becky Feola began Assisted Living Advantage in 2009, after working for four years as director of the non-profit NJF Center for Caregivers, Inc. Becky has personally been through the process of relocating a loved one to assisted living – more than once. She puts her understanding, vast knowledge of the Phoenix area and her exacting standards to work for her families, with excellent results.
Unlike other relocation providers, Becky does not sell other products in conjunction with her relocation work. She maintains the highest ethical standards and has built a stellar reputation in the industry and can happily provide references.
Kathy Cohn, Community Liaison
As community liaison, Kathy Cohn serves as a resource to Assisted Living Advantage’s potential clients as they begin the process of seeking new living accommodations.
Kathy is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Lincoln where she double majored in Spanish and French and minored in business. After graduation she moved to Phoenix, Ariz. and began her career as a customer service manager for Mitchell Sweet & Associates where she coordinated educational seminars. Prior to joining Assisted Living Advantage, Cohn was the office manager for The Law Offices of Jeffrey Cohn LLC for almost two decades.
Kathy has raised four children and personally experienced the challenges of caring for an aging or ill parent while juggling the demands of work and taking care of her immediate family.
