Assisted Living Advantage recognizes the need to provide resources to families and individuals based on their particular circumstances. Upon an evaluation, our counselor may determine moving to an assisted living community would not be the only option available and may recommend that in-home care be utilized or adaptations made to the home to allow a person to remain independent. In some instances,  families are deeply divided over the subject of assisted living or grieving the loss a loved one and may benefit from professional counseling. We always attempt to provide a resource to any client and to those who may call or visit our website.

 FINANCIAL AID
Arizona Long Term Care (ALTCS): Arizona’s Medicaid program providing long term care services to financially and medically eligible Arizona residents who are aged, blind, or disabled.

Veteran’s Aid & Dependence Benefit: The Aid and Attendance (A&A) Special Pension provides benefits for veterans and surviving spouses who require the regular attendance of another person to assist in eating, bathing, dressing and undressing or taking care of the needs of nature.  It also includes individuals who are blind or a patient in a nursing home because of mental or physical incapacity.  Assisted care in an assisting living facility also qualifies.
